FINANCIALS

Anthony Linder gives the financial report. AL reports YTD financials of 2026 events. No P&L sheet available for Lightning Challenge at this time.


WEBSITE

Working to get autocross results fixed. Need photos from event photographers for event promotion. Looking into ways to advertise on social media (i.e. Facebook ads).

TIMING & SCORING

Next event will just be Gayle and Carla from DC Region. Gayle will be borrowing equipment to run the Driver's Club event this upcoming weekend. JT approves purchase of storage crates.

AUTOCROSS

Bill Richter reports we have had 2 very successful events since the last meeting.

MEMBERSHIP

Joe Hines reads the membership report. 531 members, 7 new.

ROAD RACING

Summer Lightning coming up next weekend. Region owned fire bottles have been recertified. Motion to purchase new flag sets for $2,680.80 by JH, seconded by BR. Passed unanimously. We have 1 entrant for the CRE. Motion to purchase checkered flags for $333 by AL, second by JK, passed unanimously. Motion to cover potential truck rental NTE $350 by AL, second by JH, passed unanimously.

NEW BUSINESS

Coffee will be sponsored by the Racing Line radio show at our racing event next weekend.
