Welcome to South Jersey Region SCCA!

The South Jersey Region (SJR) of the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) is a vibrant community of motorsport enthusiasts dedicated to promoting and organizing motorsport events across South Jersey. Whether you’re an experienced racer or just starting, our region offers opportunities for everyone to get involved, improve their skills, and have fun!

What We Do:

SJR SCCA is committed to providing a variety of motorsport activities, including:

• Autocross (Solo): Our region hosts autocross events once a month, where drivers test their skills on a timed course set up at Bader Field in Atlantic City, NJ. This is a great way to get involved in motorsport without the need for a race track. See the “Autocross” dropdown above to learn more.

• Road Racing: We offer opportunities to get into road racing, with events that take place at New Jersey Motorsports Park, allowing drivers to compete in high-speed environments. SJR typically hosts 2 regional races and 1 race on the U.S. Majors Tour. See the “Road Racing” dropdown above to learn more.

• Road Rally: SCCA Road Rally is a motorsport event where participants navigate a pre-determined route using only a set of instructions, usually in the form of a time-speed-distance (TSD) format. Teams of drivers and navigators follow the course while adhering to specific time limits and maintaining precise speeds, all while enjoying scenic drives. It’s a great way to test both your driving and navigational skills in a non-competitive, fun environment. • Time Trials and Track Days: If you enjoy pushing your car’s limits in a controlled, safe environment, SJR SCCA organizes time trials and track days where you can refine your driving skills on some at NJMP and Bader Field throughout the season. See the “Time Trials” dropdown above to learn more.
